Our Express Birth Class uses curriculum from Birth Boot Camp and is perfect for busy couples who want real, evidence-based preparation—without the time commitment of a long series. In just one class, you’ll learn what to expect in labor, how to manage contractions, and how to approach your birth with calm confidence. Held in the heart of downtown Lakeland, FL this in-person class is practical, interactive, and designed to leave you feeling ready.
