In-person Support

We support clients in hospital, home or birth centers in Lakeland and Winter Haven, FL and surrounding communities in and around Polk County.


Virtual Support

This is a wonderful option for those not local to us. Virtual care does not include hands-on support, however, we will cover, discuss and show you much of the same information and techniques to ensure you feel confident and empowered.

Do you have so many questions about pregnancy, birth, or postpartum that you don’t even know where to start? We encourage you to schedule a 90-minute Exploration Consultation, where we’ll answer your questions and provide personalized guidance to help you feel confident and prepared. This meeting can take place via zoom or on the phone - your choice.

Cost is $175 and will be credited toward your Doula services with us if you choose to secure our support.

  2. Select Your Package: Following our consultation, choose the services that align with your needs, whether it's our Birth Doula Support, Childbirth Classes or Postpartum Support - or all 3!. We offer options to meet a variety of preferences and requirements.

  1. Customize Your Plan: After selecting a package, we’ll customize it to suit your specific birth plan and preferences, discussing any special requests or additional services you may require.

  1. Stay in Touch: Once you’re on board, we’ll maintain regular contact as your due date approaches, providing ongoing support, answering questions, and preparing you for your baby’s arrival.

  2. Initiate Your Doula Support: As your due date draws near, we’ll be ready to deliver the support and care you’ve chosen, dedicated to helping you have a positive and empowering birth experience.

Doula Services & Classes

We are located in central Florida and offer Doula Services and Childbirth Classes both in-person and virtually to meet your needs. In-person Doula support is available in Lakeland, FL and across Polk County and select areas of Hillsborough, Highlands, and Osceola Counties.
